Breakpoints on responsive/mobile don’t fire

Hello,
When i use chrome (F12) to test mobile display, breakpoints don’t work (see video) :
https://streamable.com/a6c0zq (video expire in 2 days)
On my mobile (android), it’s work.
But on my customer mobile (perhaps iphone) it’s don’t work too !
Please help me fix this.
