Dear @finleydesign,
I hope this message finds you well. We are currently in the process of conducting some tests on your live website. However, we wish to ensure that our actions do not disrupt your operations. Could you please confirm whether it would be permissible for us to deactivate certain plugins temporarily to facilitate these tests?
Additionally, we have observed a few errors while accessing the Analytics page on your site. These errors appear to be associated with the WooCommerce plugin, specifically issues related to loading and applying certain CSS files. We suspect that these issues might be related to server permissions or additional security measures configured on your server.
For your reference, we have encountered similar issues discussed in the WooCommerce plugin support forum, which might offer useful insights or solutions for your situation. You can view the discussion at the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-analytics-report-not-showing-data/.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your guidance on how to proceed with the plugin deactivation for testing purposes.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

If you have support staff working over the weekend you can deactivate plugins
That link doesn’t relate to the same issue, they can’t get a previous month figures to show, where we get no analytics at all.
Dear @finleydesign,
We hope this message finds you well.
Following a thorough investigation into the difficulties you were experiencing with the loading of the Analytics page, we have identified that the primary cause was related to the ‘Remove Query Strings From Static Resources’ setting. We have temporarily disabled this option, which can be reviewed here: https://prnt.sc/s4tlI88fHBGw.
We kindly request that you verify the current functionality of the Analytics page at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi, ok that appears to be functioning now, is this sort of setting getting switched on by default, as I certainly don’t recall us switching this on, and this issue did only appear recently when updating the core and theme
Dear @finleydesign,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the feature you referenced has been a part of our offerings for an extended period and has not undergone any changes in its value in the recent updates. It appears that the recent installation of WP Rocket on your system might be causing a conflict, as indicated in the description of the option in question.
We are pleased to hear that the functionality is now performing satisfactorily. Should you have any further inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to post a topic on our support forum.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
