    Dear Team,

I have received a notification regarding a new update for the website theme. The last time when I updated, your content replaced mine completely with XStore. Therefore, could you please update the theme for me?

Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could create a video showing how to perform this update. This will enable us to update it ourselves next time.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    Dear Team,

I understand your concern. But The WP Rocket plugin is expensive, more than the price of your theme, which I can’t afford right now. You mentioned WP Total Cache as an alternative. Is it suitable for my website and theme? Also, is LiteSpeed Cache better? My hosting provider recommended LiteSpeed Cache. I am confused right now.

As a technical expert, could you recommend the best option for me? I want a plugin that optimizes website speed, images optimization, handles JS, minifies, caches effectively, and improves overall performance.

Please suggest the best free plugin based on your professional expertise and suitability for my theme and website.

Don’t send Articles, I want personally Suggestions based on your expertise & according to the theme.

    Hey Dear,

I installed the “LiteSpeed Cache” plugin as you suggested, but instead of speeding up my website, it started showing error 503 and my site went down. So, I immediately uninstalled the plugin.

Now, based on your technical expertise, could you tell me if there’s an issue with my theme or if the plugin doesn’t support something?

Also, “WooCommerce” had an update today, could that be causing the problem?

For now, I’ve deactivated the “LiteSpeed Cache” plugin again & the problem is resolved now.

Please advise me on what to do next.

I am sharing the access, pls check this perfectly with your expertise & tell me what do I do..?

    Please help me with this.

    Hey Team,

I Hope you Guys are well. I want to tell you that I’ve been using the “LiteSpeed Cache” plugin on my website for quite some time, and I haven’t encountered any issues until now. Since I switched to your theme, these problems have started occurring.

Regarding this, I spoke to my hosting provider and they mentioned that there might be something in your theme’s code that is preventing the LiteSpeed Cache plugin from functioning properly. They suggested that there could be a bug or issue in the theme’s code that conflicts with ‘WooCommerce’ or ‘Elementor’. They said that something in WooCommerce or Elementor might be interacting with the theme, causing the website to show an ‘ERROR 503’ repeatedly.

Also, considering the recent WooCommerce update, it’s possible that there could be an issue with your theme.

Could you please check into this? You’re a technical expert and you probably have more knowledge about this and your theme.

Also, you can activate the LiteSpeed Cache plugin to thoroughly investigate this issue. This will help you in the future to work better on your theme and provide better service and optimized themes to your clients.

This is my suggestion and request. Please help me with this.

    Thank You in Advance.

    Hello @BAGWANI,

Thank you for reaching out and for your patience.

We have been investigating the reasons why the LiteSpeed Cache is not functioning as expected. Unfortunately, our initial troubleshooting steps were not successful. We have determined that the issue likely lies within the LiteSpeed Cache plugin itself.

To assist you further, here are some links to similar issues that have been resolved on the official support forum:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/503-admin-errors-seem-to-occur-litespeed-plugin/

    https://wordpress.org/search/litespeed_task_imgoptm_pull+intext%3A%22Plugin%3A+LiteSpeed+Cache%22/

Additionally, we have reviewed the Site Health status of your WordPress site. We noticed that after activating the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, a few notices appear in the Site Health report. Here are the screenshots for your reference:
    Before Activation -> https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/49422953?key=f5b1f73a9f60c845d0eefb520ec5a75e

These notices indicate that there are certain configurations within the plugin that need to be reviewed and adjusted. Since we specialize in projects developed by our team and given that the issue pertains to an external plugin, we recommend reaching out to the official LiteSpeed Cache support forum for more specialized assistance.

You can contact their support team through the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/litespeed-cache/.

    Hello Dear Team,

Considering all these points, I have decided that if the “Litespeed Cache” plugin continues to cause a “503 error” after installation, which we cannot resolve, we should simply uninstall it.

However, moving forward with improving website speed and caching, as per your recommendation based on our discussions, I have installed the “W3 Total Cache” plugin from the Xstore theme dashboard. Now, I kindly ask you to review and enable the perfect options according to the Xstore theme & website.

Please ensure to optimize settings such as page cache, image cache, browser cache, etc. (Which is most important to a user-friendly responsive website), based on your technical expertise. This will help improve website performance and ensure a smooth user experience according to the google page speed test.

I request you to take a look at this so that we can reduce the website’s load time and ensure smooth operation.

    Dear @Bagwani,

We hope this message finds you well. We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully installed the W3 Total Cache plugin on your website as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance performance.

Could you kindly take a moment to review your website and confirm that everything is functioning as expected? Please note that it may take some time for all pages to be fully cached.

In effect, WordPress runs the processes required once to generate the page the first time someone visits it. This page is then cached and future visitors retrieve the cached content as a static page. Caching components are usually memory, but can be anything that can be faster than conventional storage

To improve more, we suggest you to use a CDN service for all your resources on your website: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/wordpress-cdn/. And use a compress image plugin like Imagify or Smush:

    https://imagify.io/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your feedback.

    Hii Team,

You’re saying that despite enabling options in the W3 Total Cache plugin, thanks for the change but the results are not showing any performance improvement. I checked the website’s performance on Google PageSpeed right now, and it shows a score of 23 for mobile and 35 for desktop. This means the plugin hasn’t had any positive impact; it’s essentially useless because, with such slow loading times, users might not even visit the site.

I’m attaching a screenshot for your reference. Please take a thorough look and kindly adjust or disable all options in the W3 Total Cache plugin accordingly so that website performance can improve.

Please utilize your technical knowledge to improve the website speed a bit. You have years of experience in this field. Please help me with this. It’s a small request from me to you.

     Thanking You in Advance.

    Dear Team,

You always suggest customization, but this is not fair, I followed your advice and installed the “W3 Total Cache” plugin, which hasn’t been helpful. After installing it, there was absolutely no improvement in the website’s performance. It seems like this plugin isn’t useful for customization. Could you please look into its settings based on my theme so that we can make the necessary changes to improve the website’s performance?

Also, within the Xstore theme, there’s an option for speed performance that’s part of the theme. You can also make changes there to enhance the website because currently, the images are taking quite a while to load, which isn’t user-friendly.

Please check the settings of the “W3 Total Cache” plugin once again; it would really help me out.

Thank you very much in advance if you can do this for me.

    Hi @Bagwani,

The main reason your home page is loading too slow because you place many images, especially the Instagram section, it loads both video & images. So we suggest you to try with a gallery element instead.

We’ve activated all the Speed Optimization settings for you. Please check.

We also would like to remind you of the option to apply XStore Ajaxify to widgets to optimize their rendering. It is crucial to understand that some widgets may perform better when this feature is disabled according to the fact they have in depend on the scripts/styles/DOM.

For this time we activated such option for few widgets on your Home page and the results of page loading are better.

Please note that not all widgets benefit from having the XStore Ajaxify option enabled; in some cases, disabling it may result in more efficient rendering.

Each demo content has its unique characteristics, and we encourage you to experiment with different settings for the widgets on your pages to discover the most effective combinations of rendering quality and load time.

    Thanks for understanding!

    Dear Team,

Thank you very much for making those changes. I wanted to ask you about two things: have you installed a plugin named WP CODE on this website and done some coding on it? This seems new to me, something I haven’t done before. If you have used it, could you please tell me what it’s for and whether it really improves the website and enhances its performance?

Secondly, regarding the Instagram photos and videos you mentioned, you suggested trying “Gallery ELEMENT”. Could you explain where and how it will appear? I can’t see this option, so if you could describe how it looks with a photo or make a video, it would be very helpful for me to understand.

I request your help with these two things so that I can improve my website further. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We’ve installed that WP Code plugin to add custom codes to disable the Ajaxify on some widgets for improving the speed as we said in the previous reply. For more information, please take a look at the documents to understand more about WP Code plugin: https://wpcode.com/docs/.

Secondly, regarding the Instagram photos and videos you mentioned, you suggested trying “Gallery ELEMENT”. Could you explain where and how it will appear? I can’t see this option, so if you could describe how it looks with a photo or make a video, it would be very helpful for me to understand.

Using the Gallery Element means you have to manually download the images from Instagram then upload to your website and add them to the Gallery Element, it will save the loading time a lot.
