    Hello Vijith,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We kindly request that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to downgrade the PHP version to 8.1 on your server.

Additionally, we have disabled some unnecessary plugins on your website to enhance performance. You may reactivate these plugins once the PHP version has been changed. However, we advise that you carefully read each plugin’s description before doing so, as each additional plugin can slightly reduce the site’s speed.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hi,

    Credintials provided.

I double checked one of the product from the demo. The color variation swatches are missing.

Appreciate if you can check that too.

    Dear @Vijith,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the product categories previously displayed on your homepage have been relocated to a different section. We have now correctly repositioned them, and we invite you to review the changes at your earliest convenience.

Please note that the variations are not included in the basic demo import. You will need to manually create your own attributes and variations. The import does include basic demo products; however, these serve merely as examples and are not intended for actual use.

Additionally, we have successfully applied patch #93158818 to your website. For more details on how to utilize this patch, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/.

Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello Jack,

Still the issue exists on the product page. See attached screenshot.

Further, I have not done any changes to the site – However, the loading speed is not meeting the specification of the server.

I have set 5GB (The VPS got 24GB) memory dedicated for this script. (The server configured with NGNIX to get the best performance. (Actually, I tried the GPL version of the same theme and tested on the same server which was loading within a second (As per google website speed test, the full page load happend within a second) – See the current statics – It is more than 5 seconds.

I belive, something wrong with some part of scripts / plugins etc – Appreciate your support and recommendation.

I even tried the same theme with an 8core KVM VPS with CloudPanel installed with 32GB RAM. Still the loading is similar.

No one prefer a slow loading site and I wanted this site to handle at least 30,000 woocommerce products. So the site loading is crucial.

Note : The media of the website will be completely offloaded to a DigitalOcean Space with CDN to optimize the speed.

So, I really require a positive feedback and support from your end.

Thank you and appreciate your support.

    Dear @Vijith,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to remind you of the option to apply XStore Ajaxify to widgets to optimize their rendering. It is crucial to understand that some widgets may perform better when this feature is disabled according to the fact they have in depend on the scripts/styles/DOM.

For this time we activated such option for few widgets on your Home page and the results of page loading are better.

Please note that not all widgets benefit from having the XStore Ajaxify option enabled; in some cases, disabling it may result in more efficient rendering.

Each demo content has its unique characteristics, and we encourage you to experiment with different settings for the widgets on your pages to discover the most effective combinations of rendering quality and load time.

Also, we suggest you reading the solutions previously provided to our customers with the same question you have:

    Hi,

Tried to manage to get a better performance of the site. However, I still have some challenges. Appreciate your support.

    1. Theme options – I tried to change several options – nothing changes. (See attached)
    2. Checkoud Page – Still showing some errors – See attached
    3. Shop Page – Changing the title limit by 2 lines (not working) – Mostly no changes on the theme is taking effect on the site.

Note : I have not installed any CACHING plugin – changes were supposed to be immediately effective on the site – But no luck.

You still have the WP admin user account SFTP account enabled. Appreciate your earliest support.

    Thank you.

    Dear @Vijith,

I hope this message finds you well. We would like to bring to your attention some important information regarding the use of the XStore Shop page builder.

1, 3. As you are currently utilizing the XStore Shop page builder, please note that the settings from the main Theme Options are not applied directly. This is because the content on such pages is constructed with individual elements, each possessing its own settings and styles. To modify the shop page, we kindly ask you to navigate to XStore Builders -> Product Archive Builder. For detailed guidance, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.

    2. We have noticed an issue with the FTP connection setup. Could you please verify the accuracy of your FTP details and share the correct access information with us? This will enable us to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
