After a buggy experience with the theme, I have had to reinstall site 2 twice.
With the third reinstall, “Register Theme” button is no longer active even when domain still haven’t changed.

    Please assist.

    Hello Mohatee,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with our theme. We understand how frustrating it must be to encounter such issues, especially after multiple reinstallation attempts.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Thanks for the response,

However, we don’t see the need for admin credentials, nor FTP access in resolving this matter.

As this license is for one domain, we don’t expect to have any kind of issue whatsoever reactivating theme on same domain. Should in case we’d have to reinstall theme again on this very domain in the future which is highly likely, we don’t have to disclose admin details nor FTP every time unless we run into an issue that actually requires back-end access and we’ve had tons of them.

We have a projected timeline and a deadline to meet.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, mohatee,

We kindly request that you clear the cache of your browser, server, and CDN (if applicable) and then attempt to activate the theme once again.

Unfortunately, without the aforementioned accesses, we are unable to provide further assistance with this issue.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I still don’t think theme re-registration requires disclosure of admin credentials.

I have reviewed a lot of similar situations here on this forum and so far I don’t see any topic that requires admin access to re-register theme on the same domain as it is unnecessary.

I was able to re-activate theme, and will send admin details rather for an issue with regards to xstore’s product filter.

For starters, selecting basically anything from the filter should update filter list with regards to product results displayed however its not.

    Thanks for the response.

I hope this message finds you well. We have attempted reactivation following the clearance of the cache, as part of our troubleshooting process.

We require access to further investigate the issue concerning the non-functionality of the “Register Theme” button in the popup. Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
