    Dear @Lyana,

I hope this message finds you well. Please find below the updates regarding the issues you reported:

    1. The issue has been resolved.
    2. We attempted to investigate the underlying causes; however, due to the caching system implemented on your website, a thorough check is currently unfeasible.
    3. The problem was triggered by a recent update to Elementor, specifically the removal of the “Improved Asset Loading” option. Unfortunately, this change was not documented in their changelog. Our development team has successfully identified a solution and has issued patch #93158818 for your website. For detailed instructions on applying this patch, please visit: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear @Lyana,

I hope this message finds you well.

We are aware that the issue you reported has not yet been resolved. Please understand that our support is specifically tailored to our projects and does not extend to third-party plugins or hosting systems installed on your website.

During our previous communication, we mentioned that after using a Chrome extension, we noticed that a CDN service is installed on your website. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any settings in your dashboard that would allow you to clear the cache. Consequently, we recommend that you contact your hosting provider, as the CDN is likely managed on their end and any reconfiguration would also need to be handled by them.

Once you have addressed the caching issue with your hosting provider, please provide us with an update so that we can proceed with the necessary implementations and resolve any outstanding issues. Without this, our ability to assist you further is limited.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear Jack ,

The problem has been resolved . 🙂

I dont know how but everything work propely.

It is not third party plugin . its the default cart page and this makes it compatible with your theme, obviously. So this has nothing to do with third party plugin.

I thank you for your efforts and technical support, and I am very grateful to you for your cooperation with me. I wish you a happy day.

    Best Rgards
