Hello.
In May we’ve moved to another template, Electronics Mega Market. Since then we’re experiencing some problems. It’s hard to pinpoint what’s going on, since it happens completely randomly (for example on June it didn’t happen even once), but it started right after me moved to mentioned template, so it’s our only clue.
Sometimes when customer places order it changes his product variation price to cheapest one. For example, 100 ml perfume bottle costs 129, but it has sample variant, 5 ml which costs 14,90. Sometimes during placing order this 100 ml price changes to 5 ml one, so after order comes in it says they ordered 100 ml for 14,90 instead of 129.
Like I said It happens completely randomly, on all products, and we’re out of ideas what is the cause. Maybe you can help.
We’re always using latest version of the theme and XStroe plugins.

We advise disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can view a list of the included plugins here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the issue still persists. This is an important step as third-party plugins can often lead to conflicts.
If the problem continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to debug your site. This includes deactivating any on-site customizations. This measure will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the necessary assistance.
After that provide us with your WP Admin account, to grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
Before proceeding with the troubleshooting or any updates, we strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to safeguard against any potential data loss.

I’ve created admin account, you can login now and take a look. To be honest we rather not disable 3rd party plugins and wait for this thing to happen as all of them are crucial to the site experience (like invoices, payment methods, shipping methods, etc.) Disabling any of them will cripple the sales. So if you’re able, please take a look at the things first, some debugging and stuff, maybe you’ll find something and if not we will think what’s next 🙂
