The subscriptions plugin for woocommerce doesn’t work. I get messages that the template files need to be updated.

Thank you for your prompt reply and information on importance of giving the priority to xcore when updating WooCommerce. I can confirm that the WooCommerce templates error message has been resolved.

However, the WooCommerce subscriptions issue persists. I have WooCommerce, WooCommerce subscriptions and Buy Now or Subscribe and Save for WooCommerce Subscriptions plugins activated and setup. When I choose subscription option on product page and it gets added to the cart – a full product price is shown in the cart and checkout. For some reason the subcription doesn’t work. I am using xstore theme builders for woocommerce single-product, archive products, checkout and cart. I don’t know what can be causing this issue.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hi @donaceli,

We’re unable to login to your website, please check our screenshot.

To make any custom fields on the Single Product page work, you have to disable the Ajax Add To Cart setting under XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce(Shop) > Single Product Page > Layout > Ajax Add To Cart.

    Hope it helps!

Thank you for your timely reply, and I’m sorry to hear that the links provided didn’t work for you.

I just wanted to say, that your support and response time are out of this world 🙂 I appreciate that and praise the 8theme team for your outstanding product and amazing customer service.
I have disabled the Ajax from the single product layout, and it does indeed show the price properly now in the basket totals section of the cart but doesn’t in the product list.

Any ideas why would that be the case and how to fix this? I cleared the browser data but that didn’t change anything. Also, could you tell me what negative outcome does it have when Ajax option is disabled?

    Cheers.

    Hi @donaceli,

There is no negative when you disable the ajax add to cart, it just reloads the page when a product is added to the cart.

I have disabled the Ajax from the single product layout, and it does indeed show the price properly now in the basket totals section of the cart but doesn’t in the product list.

The subtotal and total looks good on our end. Could it be the 20% discount?

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
