    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing the details of the issue you are experiencing after updating to version 9.3.15. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Based on the error message you’ve shared, it appears there is a deprecation warning related to the rtrim() function in the WordPress core files. This is typically due to changes in PHP’s handling of null values in recent versions.

To help resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:
    1. Ensure that all your themes and plugins are updated to their latest versions, as this can often resolve compatibility issues.
    2. If the issue persists, you might consider temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) and deactivating all plugins to see if the error still occurs. If it does not, reactivate your theme and plugins one by one to identify the source of the problem.
    3. Check your site’s PHP version and change it to 8.1. Hosting provider can do this for you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
