Unfortunately, this element does not currently support the option to permanently display the wishlist button without hovering.

However, we encourage you to submit your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If your suggestion garners sufficient support from other customers, our development team will consider incorporating this feature in a future update.

In order to solve your issue, please copy and paste the below given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    color: red !important;
}

fill: red !important;
}
```
Note: You can change the value of the color from the given code as per your requirements.
