    Hello @Aulakh, Sam,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We understand that you are experiencing issues with importing your site in both WordPress Studio and Local. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. It seems that such question is not our theme related but should be requested on the WordPress Studio support as it is their question if you have issues with creating staging/online web-sites.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @Aulakh, Sam,

We hope this message finds you well.

We understand that you are experiencing a white screen issue on your website, which may indicate the presence of critical errors, particularly if you are not utilizing the WooCommerce plugin. To address this, we recommend following the debugging instructions provided in the official WordPress documentation, which can be accessed via this link: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/#example-wp-config-php-for-debugging.

Should the issue be associated with our XStore theme or XStore Core plugin, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to investigating the errors and providing you with an effective solution.

However, if the error originates from a third-party plugin or custom code within your child theme, we advise reaching out to the respective support team for that plugin or reviewing the modifications in your child theme to identify and resolve the errors.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to assisting you and ensuring your website operates smoothly.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello, Aulakh, Sam,

We regret to inform you that the nature of our import operations necessitates an internet connection, and it is not feasible to conduct these operations offline.

Furthermore, we are unable to provide you with a .wpress file. Distributing this file would contravene our security policy, as it contains activation keys for themes and other plugins used in our demo versions, along with other confidential information.

Additionally, could you please clarify what you mean by “dies when I disable the WooCommerce”? Are you experiencing a white screen on your site, error notifications, a change in design, loss of content, or something else?

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
