There is no product message showing in page. its shown previously whenever the page don’t have products.

I tried with product grid as per the suggestion but no product message not visible. but the message visible in all product archived page. screen shot attached

I want “Unfortunately, there are no products message on collectible page. currently the collectible products is empty. i want to show the message on collectible page

We hope this message finds you well. Upon reviewing the configuration of the Products grid element on page titled “Collectible” on your website, we noticed an issue concerning its functionality. It appears that the page was not set as a products archive page as intended. This element didn’t show any products due to the query source setting being incorrectly set to “Current query.”

To address this, we have updated the settings to ensure proper display and functionality. With these adjustments, the message indicating the absence of products will now display correctly. Furthermore, any future products added under this category will also be displayed appropriately.
