I would like a refund for the theme bought under the purchase code .My developer has had bug issues .
Yes he has tested it for issues on my end ,Would not like to make this a thread of back and forth just a simple refund .Thank you

Message from my developer.
Issues I experienced with the XStore theme:
1.When I making changes in backend, changes not showing at frontend, although I have tried everything like deleting cache, server side also and CDN was also disabled. Most common area I experienced that is Elementor Blocks templates.
2. Lack of customization options like shop page.
3. Products page image gallery slider was not working properly. Also when clicking any images from the product image gallery, some unexpected improper border line appearing.
I’ve used many WooCommerce themes, but I didn’t expect so many bugs from the beginning. After purchasing a theme, I don’t have the time to deal with bugs right from the start. It’s better for me to switch to a different theme.
I shopped elsewhere for a theme as I had an urgent project,therefore request that this thread be closed and refund given .

1/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Navigate to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data.
