XSTORE THEME NOT WORKING EVEN AFTER FULL INSTALL

Hi,
I had downloaded the electronic store theme
but the content is not being updated. Only partial contents are there. When I drop down the menu, it says to save it and then reload but the theme is not working in any way.
P.S PLEASE CHECK THE PRIVATE CONTENT
