I can not put the mega menu in header,pls help

you can see the photo,when i try to put the mega menu in the header,i did not find this navigator,please check.

yes,i did it step by step according this this video,and there was no navigator on the right.you can sign my website and check it.

now i tried to made mega menu to Static Blocks and then put it on the header,but why the background color is black? when it insert is white color,so how to change it to white like the studio shows?
