    Hi Team,

As you see in the screenshot, I have used my picture for the slider but after updating and clearing the cache it is showing (xstore default) picture.

Can you please check sir why this is happening?

    Hey Team,

Sir, could you please clarify something for me? Initially, you suggested activating a cache plugin, so I activated the W3 Total Cache plugin within your theme. Now, you’re advising me to deactivate this plugin. If I deactivate it, won’t my cache increase? Then how will I purge the cache on the website?

This could potentially increase the load on the website and cause speed issues. I kindly request that you carefully consider and come to a decision that is reliable for both the theme and the website. You have a technical team and developers, and you are a technical expert. Please check into this and make a decision with clarity.

Please assist me with this issue, your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am sending access details in a private message for further assistance.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Hello Dear,

I’m sorry sir, but Please look at the main slider on the homepage. I created the images for it with the exact dimensions specified in your theme slider, but while these images display perfectly on both desktop and mobile versions in the theme demo version, but on another mobile, the images I’ve added appear cut off halfway. I even asked you to check it yourself to see that the desktop version displays perfectly, but not on mobile.

Now I am requesting you to remove all slider and instead place a video at the top. This video is already published on YouTube, and we want to replace the slider with this video because the slider is not working well in both versions (desktop and mobile), causing a poor user experience. I will send you the embedded video code and the video link in private content for you to review. Please check it and let me know if it looks suitable for the website. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Pls, It’s a request, to look at this matter again.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Hey Team,

Please make sure that this video auto-starts when a user visits, meaning it should start playing automatically without the user having to click on it.

The user should not immediately realize it’s a YouTube video but think it’s naturally part of the website. I mean the user shouldn’t have to turn it on; it should just start on its own.

Could you please set it up like this? This would really help me out. Please make this happen. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Dear Sir,

Hello, thank you very much sir for uploading this video. However, there is one change needed. In the video, ‘YouTube’ is appearing on the screen. I will send you an example link of the website where you can see that their videos are displayed on the homepage without any mention of YouTube or similar.

So, I kindly request that you could do this once or tell me how it can be done. Because seeing ‘YouTube’ repeatedly doesn’t look good to the viewers. Is there any option or setting to disable this? Please help with this or guide me.

Also, if I need to increase the size of this on my phone again, how can I do that? Because it appears quite small on the phone screen.

    Please kindly advise.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Bagwani,

In this case, please upload the video directly to your media library then adding the HTML5 video to your slider:

    Hope it helps!

    Dear Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to request your help with a technical matter involving code configuration on my website for this video.

Since I’m not familiar with these codes, I kindly ask if you could handle this once to ensure everything is set up correctly and to avoid any potential issues.

Additionally, if possible, could you create a video tutorial demonstrating the process? This would greatly assist me in understanding and being able to manage similar tasks independently in the future.

Thank you very much for your support.

    Hey guys,

Thank you very much for updating the video.

However, one of my users noticed that while the video appears fine on the desktop version, it is slightly cut off on the mobile version.

Could you please check why this is happening? It might be due to a difference in margin or padding.

If you could look into this and update it, I would greatly appreciate it.
    Thanking You in Advance.
