Super slow loading product pages, stuck until refresh. It’s not the facebook api.

Before I start explaining the issue:

    – DO NOT TURN OFF THE FACEBOOK API UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WHEN TRYING TO FIX IT. DO NOT EVEN TOUCH THE FACEBOOK API PLEASE. Seriously please do not..

Seriously leave the capi alone, it’ll ruin all of my adspend and mess up my business for awhile.

I just need you to take a look at the product pages, when you click on 2nd page, it starts loading and takes ages to finish loading, often times does not even load at all. But if you refresh the page it loads instantly. So it’s a loop. Idk what is happening it’s just stuck in a repetitive loop until a refresh. What it does is it starts loading and will take forever, but if you refresh it. It loads instantly. Could it be lazy loading by wprocket that’s causing it?

Again please do not touch the facebook api, I’m spending 100$+ a day and if you disable it the data will get fucked up and I’ll have to connect a new pixel, collect new data and reconnect too much shit. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE FACEBOOK API.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Obviously wait for support to give you an answer but I had the same issue that images and products didn’t load
on the 2nd page until I refreshed. I turned all lazy loading plugins off and it worked

I’m sorry I should’ve explained it better my bad.

Here this is the page I am a talking about:

    – WHen you open a product category and click on the 2nd product page –> https://prnt.sc/k_61KdaxxM-V

    – Here I click the 2nd, but doesn’t matter which you will click. https://prnt.sc/4adSiN_uMNta and it loads like this for… Well forever, unless I refresh the page

    – If I refresh https://prnt.sc/Xkq8W2aFzcwm it loads instantly.

I think it is stuck in some sort of repetitive forever loop. Idk

Again Please do not touch the facebook api under no circumstance please for the love of all that is holy. My ass is at stake here if you touch the api.

    Dear @Cataclyps,

We hope this message finds you well. We kindly request that you upgrade your PHP to version 8.x. You can find the necessary details for this upgrade at the following link: [https://tinyurl.com/2d7lybjs](https://tinyurl.com/2d7lybjs).

Additionally, we advise you to disable all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. A list of the included plugins can be viewed here: [https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue you are experiencing still persists. This step is crucial as third-party plugins can often cause conflicts.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your confirmation that the above actions have been completed.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
