    Hi

    Seems like the ajax tab on the homepage is not responding?

    I made several changes to it, not showing up on the fronted.

    Like arrows, pagination, the amount of elements shown on mobile etc.

    Feel free to check by logging in wp-dash with the credentials in private area, thanks!

    Please, contact administrator

    Oh ok, thanks for that!

    I see that its now working better, but its still one thing thats not working.

    Please check the attached file for referance.

    I have checked of to hide navigation only on mobile, but is hiding everyhwere?

    Hiding pagination for desktop works perfectly fine, as you can see on the attached image. but not navigation.

    Hello, Nicolo,

    You’re welcome!

    Could you please provide us with more details regarding your query on navigation? Specifically, we would like to understand whether you are referring to navigation arrows, bullets, or another type of navigation element. Additionally, it would be helpful if you could describe the desired outcome you are looking to achieve.

    Best Regards,

    Ok, thanks for your feedback, here comes more context:

    So there are 2 options in your elementor widget;

    1. Arrows (navigation)
    2. Lines&bullets (pagination)

    2. Lines&bullet (pagination) are working great.
    – Hidden only desktop, Visible on mobile.

    1. Arrows (navigation)
    – Hidden only on mobile, but not visible anywhere? not working

    Check the settings, and the outcome.

    The ideal outcome is this:

    1. Arrows (navigation)
    – Hidden only on mobile, visible on desktop.

    Dear @Nicolo,

    We are pleased to inform you that we have activated the navigation option for your account. Should you require assistance with concealing this feature on specific devices, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are prepared to offer a temporary solution to accommodate your needs.

    Please be advised that a comprehensive resolution will be included in an upcoming update, as we need additional time to ensure the functionality operates correctly. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

    Ah sorry for the misunderstanding.

    I want to have the arrows activated(visible) for desktop, but deactivated (hidden) on mobile.

    How is this done within the settings?

    Dear @Nicolo,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    As previously discussed, we require some additional time to thoroughly explore and correctly implement the available options. Should you wish to conceal the navigation arrows on mobile devices in the interim, we kindly suggest adding the following custom CSS to the ‘Custom CSS’ section of your Ajax tabs element:

    [data-elementor-device-mode="mobile"] selector .et-swiper-elementor-nav {
        display: none;
    }

    We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
