I have a problem with the bottom thumbnails the main product photo. When I edit the single product page in elementor, everything looks perfect. Unfortunately, everything falls apart during live viewing. Instead of the main photo, there are only smaller versions, or after the main photo, the rest of the gallery is displayed, but in the same sizes as the main photo. I tried disabling other plugins but it did not solve the problem. I tried to switch to the old builder, but it also didn’t work. Please help, below are the support access details. The website is currently under construction mode. Pls dont turn it off.

    Hello, @Błażej,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We kindly request that you update your XStore theme to the latest version (9.3.16) and the XStore core plugin to version (5.3.16). These updates are crucial for optimal performance and functionality of your site.

For details on the enhancements and fixes included in these updates, please refer to our changelog at:

Additionally, we recommend reviewing our theme documentation for guidance on how to implement the updates effectively. You can access the documentation here:

Afterward, please temporarily disable any cache plugin and CDN on your site and check again.

If the changes you make in the Customizer are not reflected on the page, it is likely a caching issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

We trust these resources will assist you in updating your site smoothly.

If the issue persists, please provide your site valid/working wp-admin access in private content area so that we can take a closer look at your settings and help you.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
