Demo Importing Stuck 32% I tried multiple time but every It get stuck

My Demo import getting stuck at 32% after 1hour I refreshed and checked my site it was not completely restored so I did delete the imported content tried it again but again its stuck at 32%.

I attached the screenshot of 32% stuck and my PHP configuration.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.
