Elementor Block does not display on Product Page – Woo Product Title (Default and Xstore Block)

    Hi team,

    We are running into 2 problems:

    1- After designing our template of product pages using Elementor, the Product Titles do not display on frontend and backend (even tho we are able to add and move this block). We tried designing another template from scratch or adding this block to another part of the website without success. Please help …

    2- We use a form from Fluent form in our footer. This one has Cloudflare Turnstile (Captcha) added as a way to filter spams. But for some reason, 2 turnstiles sections display instead of one.

    1/ We are currently experiencing difficulties accessing your website. For your reference, we have included a screenshot in the private content area of this communication.

    To assist you more effectively, could you please provide a valid, working URL for your website along with the wp-admin login details? Kindly submit these details in the private content area provided.

    Additionally, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    2/ We would like to kindly remind you to initiate a new topic for each issue you encounter with the Fluent Form in the footer on our support forum. This practice helps us avoid any inconvenience and ensures you receive a prompt response.

    Hi,

    Here what we did so far:

    1- We check with the server provider that assure us that all is ok on the server side.

    2- We talked to Elementor support team and followed their instructions:

    2a- Clear all the cache memory, which includes your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, and server cache.
    2b- If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor and Elementor Pro. If this solves the problem, reactivate the plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes the issue.
    2c- If this didn’t help, temporarily switch your theme to Hello and see if it makes any difference.

    Note: after each test, working on template of Product Page using Elementor would not display the ‘product title’ on the backend AND the frontend.

    CONCLUSION: here we are back to you looking for a solution

    1/ We have checked your site and found Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () https://paste.pics/RKMGV

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to fix it.

    2/ We would like to inform you that we have temporarily activated the XStore parent theme on your website for diagnostic purposes. Upon review, we observed that the product title is displaying correctly under the XStore parent theme.

    It appears that the issue is associated with your current child theme. We kindly suggest that you inspect your child theme for any discrepancies or consider installing a new child theme to resolve this matter.

    We trust that this action will rectify the issue you have been experiencing. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello,

    1- the 404 error are just missing images that my team haven’t uploaded yet

    2- the TITLE BLOCK still not working:

    2a- We have removed the Child theme, downloaded a new zip file from XStore website and install this new Child Theme

    2b- We have deleted the PRODUCT PAGE template from Elementor and installed a new one from their default template catalog

    3c- Again ONLY ELEMENTOR and WOOCOMMERCE are activated with all the Xstore theme, theme child and core plugin

    But the title do not work

    it do not work on the backend view when designing product page from the Elementor Backend

    it do not display on the Frontend

    Please advise,

    PS: you said the titles were working when you disabled the child theme but when we review the site, all product pages were still not displaying any titles.

    Hi team,

    We’ve continued the investigation of this display problem with the Elementor Support Team:

    1- Removing the Child Theme allows the Product titles to appear on frontend. BUT WORKING WITH THE PRODUCT TITLE BLOCK IN THE BACKEND STILL DO NOT WORK.

    (see screenshot)

    Removing and adding a “clean theme-child from Xstore” just reproduce the same original error. (on the backend and the frontend)

    We are currently experiencing an issue with the Elementor plugin where the custom CSS code generated is preventing the product title from displaying. The specific code in question is as follows:

    Hi,

    The dev team of Elementor found a bug and will work on a fix. No ETA were announced.
    So I disabled the single product template and used instead XStore Builder solution for our single product page.
    Feel free to close this ticket as there is nothing more we can do for now.
