    Hi,

My desktop front page banner has a fade-in effect after refresh but I don’t edit any effect on the banner.
I cleared my CDN cache many times, but this problem continued.

I use wetransfer platform to upload the video.

    Hi @Sam,

We’ve added a custom CSS code to disable the transition of image.

    Can you please check again?

    Thank you!

    Hi, thank you.

I use Bing Brower to check, the banner has a little beating after refreshing the page, and

I use Chrome and Safari Brower to check, the banner is normal,
but the title, sub title and the button move from down to up
    after refreshing the page.

    Please check,
    Thank you.

    Hi,

I use Bing Browser, Safari Browser, Chrome Browser and Incognito Browser to check.

The banner is normal, but the title, sub-title and button will expand.
I used different browsers and refreshed the page several times for testing, not every time this situation occurred but intermittently.

I use wetransfer platform to upload the video.

    Hi, thank you.

I used different browsers to check.

Bing Brower: The banner image will flash fade-in and flash.

Chrome and Safari: The banner image will flash after refreshing the page several times for testing, not every time this situation occurs but intermittently.

It will be uncomfortable for the eyes to see.

    Please check.

    Thank you.

    Hi, thank you.

First, I cleared my CDN cache several times.

I tested many times on different browsers and tried to deactivate different plugins to test and I tried to install the old Xstore core version (v.5.3.14) for test.
    All methods are not working.

The image flashes and it has a little beat problem that is not solved.

    Dear @Sam,

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to address your concerns regarding the image loading times on your website. It is important to note that it is normal for each image to require a few milliseconds to load. Additionally, we have reviewed your latest videos and are pleased to report that the visual inconsistencies present in earlier videos have been successfully resolved. This improvement indicates that the majority of the glitches have been effectively fixed.

While we have made significant efforts to enhance the loading performance, you might also consider implementing lazy-loading for images on your website. This technique could further improve the visual presentation of your images. However, we are confident that the current display is free from glitches.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any more questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
