Issue with categories in my home page , need it guys

Ok, please! this one is really serious
in categories images are not loading axcept one, take a look at the attatchment

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To update the category miniature, please navigate to the Dashboard, select ‘Products’, then ‘Categories’, choose the category you wish to edit, and proceed to change the miniature as needed.

I began to think that a bot was replying to me…..anyways thank you it was the image extension it has to be changed to JPEG
