Email Builder templates not being used for Woocommerce

    Hello, I have setup Xstore so Woocommerce would use the Email Builder emails but they are still using the original Woocommerce. Wonder if you check to see if I have missed something.

    I have uploaded the emails customers are getting and also the ones I have setup in Xstore Email Builder that should replace them but they are not receiving these,

    Further info. I tried a different plugin for email “YayMail – WooCommerce Email Customizer” and it worked OK and modified emails arrived

    I hope this message finds you well. We have observed that approximately 90% of WooCommerce emails are currently inactive on your platform. For your reference, I have attached an image below that illustrates this issue.

    We attempted to activate these features ourselves; however, it appears that we do not have the necessary permissions, or there may be restrictions imposed by the server settings that prevent us from doing so. https://gyazo.com/16e05563f7baf2f820448ef9ee965ac9 (after the refresh the checkbox stays inactive again)

    Could you kindly attempt to activate a few email functions for testing purposes and subsequently place a test order to verify functionality?
