Widget is not entirely visible in mobile view

Hi,

The widget im using has issue in mobile view, which is that, the entire widget is not visible and only 50% is displaying. I will share a screenshot from live website and another screenshot showing the actual widget and how it should be looking. Thanks alot!

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update and the Core plugin https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update (clear cache after updating).

If this doesn’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin access.
