“VPS or Shared Hosting Enough” Which Should I chose to run Smoothly?

Sorry if it’s a meaningless question I am kinda new to this. But I have two options either I go with a Shared Hosting or I use a VPS I already have both purchased for my previous project. For now I have it installed it on the shared hosting and working fine (although an occasional 503 error is seen during opening multiple elementor tabs).

So my question is
1. Will it be wise to shift to VPS where I have to manage all the security, and maintenance or I stick with the current Shared Hosting option.

2. The occasional Stutter is due to me opening multiple Tabs of the site with Elementor or is it due to the server lagging
