how to sort the products archive that first will showed in stock products and then out of the stock.
and how to sort the products that all the products in same brand will shown next to each other and not mixed all over the website

Thank you for reaching out to us with your queries.

Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product catalog > Default Product Sorting – these settings come from the WooCommerce plugin.
By default, the sort order for products is “Custom Ordering + Name”. Navigate to Products, then click Sorting. From this page, you can simply drag and drop the product rows to reorder them https://gyazo.com/c680776c6d72e5bddf1457442afbca87
If this doesn’t give you the desired result, we would recommend you contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because our theme doesn’t have additional settings for this.
