Mega Menu is Disabled when I scroll the Page

I created a Mega Menu And Attach it with the Home Page. Now The Issue Is When I go on Mega Menu on hover it is Appear and Then I scroll The Page its Disappear and Not able to Click. After this When You Are in the middle of the page and select the mega menu then it also visible but do not allow to click on any link. Please See The Video for Understand what I am talking About…

What browser do you use?

Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I am Using Chrome Browser. Even I check in Incognito mode. But Still its behave like I Send you the Video
