Dear @Aman chourasiya,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about some updates and modifications we have implemented on your website concerning the custom CSS and mobile view functionalities.
We noticed that you had applied custom CSS to add filters to your images, as seen here: https://prnt.sc/LBwrdXP99Q5o. To ensure these filters do not affect images in the quick view popup, we have added the following CSS code:
.et-quick-view-wrapper .product-images img {
filter: none;
}
This adjustment will prevent the custom filters from being applied to images within the quick view popup.
Regarding the ‘Quick View’ button not displaying on mobile devices, it was due to a deactivated option in your settings. We have located the setting here: https://prnt.sc/tfKRJRQc12R6 and have activated it on your behalf. You should now see the ‘Quick View’ button on mobile devices.
Additionally, you mentioned an issue with content not loading on mobile. This appears to be related to the settings in your Litespeed plugin, which may be configured to delay JavaScript execution until user activity is detected (e.g., click, move, touch). To troubleshoot this, you might consider disabling the plugin temporarily to see if the page loads correctly. Should the issue resolve, we recommend contacting the plugin’s support team for further assistance with configuration settings. Please note that our support does not extend to third-party plugins.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
Jack Richardson
