Email builder custom images not displaying

I am working on the Completed Order email template, named “{customer_name}, Your order {order_number} is now complete | {site_title}”.

The custom images in the header and in the footer are not displaying when I send myself a test in gmail.

It may be possible that the image format currently being used in your email templates may not be fully compatible with all mail services but we don’t know the format you are using there. For broader compatibility, we recommend referencing the following resource: https://www.caniemail.com/search/?s=webp (for example if you are using the webp format)

To ensure optimal performance and visibility of your emails across all platforms, we kindly suggest use your logo image in a more universally supported image format and conducting subsequent tests to verify functionality. Please note that this issue does not originate from our Email Builder but is a known limitation with certain email services.
