Hello
How can we disable the lightbox pop up when landing on this product page:

I have disabled lightbox in designated reviews plugin, after speaking to the plugins support centre.
But seems like the theme is causing this pop up as it still persists.

Yes, we see that auto-popup is not opened now.
Are you able to check with XStore parent theme also, because you have many changes in your child-theme ?

thats great, so this means that its coming from the child theme? and if so, how can it be fixed?

Additionally, we have not observed this issue in other products, suggesting that it might be specific to the item you have referenced.
We thought about deactivation of Footer and other sections on Single product page but you have many unique conditions on such sections, so better to check it from your side.

we have not observed this issue in other products, suggesting that it might be specific to the item you have referenced.
– The reason for this is because this is the only product with an image uploaded as a review.
We thought about deactivation of Footer and other sections on Single product page but you have many unique conditions on such sections, so better to check it from your side.

– I have 1 paid customization project with 8th theme developers and designers. This was a paid project that enhanced the design of the subscription option vs one time purchases for; variable products.
The code was added to child theme. I think this is the root of the problem, but please check to confirm as i dont have enough knowledge of the code added. You may talk to the head of paid customization services, as well for more info on the added code.
