Problems with the theme, search for all the results is wrong

    Best regards, I have your topic and I have had problems regarding the ajax search (the search engine is linked to fibosearch) when searching for the results when entering enter it is delayed and returns other results that have nothing to do with it, can you help me?

    the speed if you can help me reviewing I would appreciate it

    2/ Describe the desired result/behavior in more detail.

    3/ Additionally, could you confirm whether you are using any third-party plugins for search functionality?

    4/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

    It was working well but it was damaged, I don’t know if it was an update or some add-on, I restored the site and it still gives an error, I got an error in the database but I didn’t find any error

    We’ve checked the search behavior on your site (Chrome browser), and it works fine for us. We’ve added a video to the Private Content area.

    What browser do you use? Please make sure it is updated, and you cleared the browser cache. Do test in different browsers.

    Yes, I know that’s right, what’s wrong is when I enter the search, I want to see all the results and it doesn’t work, it gives wrong results, help me by verifying, it has nothing to do with cache or browser, it’s been done in several devices and clearing cache, review the video please

    I hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the issue you are experiencing and it appears to be related to the use of a third-party plugin for Ajax searching. Currently, the ajax search results are limited to products and do not include product variations.

    As you currently have the following option enabled: https://prnt.sc/Buy4SBxTpl1z, it displays all possible combinations of variable products and their variations on search results page. We suggest deactivating this option to see if it resolves the issue.

    Additionally, we recommend checking the settings of your Fibosearch plugin to determine if there is a feature to enable search by variations. This adjustment should help ensure that both the results page and Ajax results display consistent products.
