Help with Grocery Mega Market Theme and Widget Issues

Hello,

I have the “Grocery Mega Market” theme installed, but I want to use certain elements from the “Electronic Mega Market” theme. However, a window pops up saying “Content Reset Required.” Does this mean it’s not possible to mix elements from both themes?

Additionally, how can I translate the text of the Sales Booster widgets into Spanish?
