Footer editor not working – infinite loading

Footer editor is not working anymore.
everytime I try to edit it’s just an infinite loading.

I just need to remove the instagram wall.

I also updated plugins and theme – still not working

Please, contact administrator

Good morning.
‘m actually still facing the same issue.
I cleaned the cache as well, just in case that could affect the outcome. Please refer to the screenshot attached.

Could you please just remove the Instagram widget at the bottom of the footer.
