https://gwfh.mranftl.com/fonts/poppins?subsets=latin i am using these fonts to load it locallly but not working why

If it was working i wont disturb u guys. I have tried it exactly to download from google fonts official sitw and when i upload nothing shows up why dont u install it for me with video screenshot?

there is no restriction as for other theme i downloaded same theme popins from google and uploaded ttf and it works perfectly

We were able to upload the custom fonts now:
