Cart Total not updating when adding product with extra options

Hello, I have tried various plugins for Extra Product Options. I add them to cart successfully but when entering the cart page, the product total is always 0 or sometime the extra options not shown.
Please help.

You did not provide the URL of the product that can be used for tests.
Please test the next: navigate to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout > Advanced Labels and set it to ‘Off’.
