I found a serious technical SEO bug with the canonical tag for the theme I’m using.
Is there a way to add the canonical tag automatically to the website
I don’t use an SEO plugin, I want to handle it with code

Thank you for reaching out to us. We use the Yoast SEO plugin on our demos.
Please activate the plugin, then go to Pages > click on title of Front page > Yoast SEO > Advance > Canonical URL > remove the demo URL

I use Rankmath, I have seen the standard guide with Rankmath plugin but I don’t see any change.
I want another solution besides yoast seo

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.
