My Xstore editor is just loading and loading

My x-store configure.php dashboard is just loading and loading and is not letting me change anything. I have tried different networks, browsers, and even computers.

Also just to add to this, my checkout page order summary also just loads and loads and does not enable checkout as the summary isnt loaded.
