WP Dashboard does not load properly when activating XStore theme

    Hi there!

    Regarding the message you sent me in the comments section through themeforest platform, the agency has paid for your support to help us in this matter.

    Our client´s website uses your theme and basically does not load properly and I have to refresh the dashboard webpage over and over until it charges fully. I have already uninstalled all plugins and the theme and the problem strikes when I activate Xstore Theme… any insights about what might be caussing this behaviour??

    set_time_limit(500);

    Kindly verify the changes at your earliest convenience.

    Upon a detailed examination of the issue you reported regarding the panel not loading, we have observed that while the header of the page and all associated scripts and styles are loading correctly, the content itself is not. We have not detected any errors that would typically be highlighted by WordPress’s debug feature.

    Good morning,

    After keeping some phonecalls with our hosting service, they somehow managed to fix this loading issue.

    It seems some caché plugin or configuration was doing exactly the opposite to what it was supposed to do.

    I was willing to grant you some of the logs we were receiving through our hosting service to check about this in more depth, but it seems they are unavailable now… Nonetheless, the bugs were very similar to the ones I share with you in the private content area, from stachexchange 🙂
