Hi Team,
We are facing issues while using Filters
a- Clear All Filters are not there.
b- Individual Filter options are not selected/deselected properly.
For example : If we choose Filter by Price (Any option: 500 -1000) and if we want to
remove this filter then it is not removed.
c- When we choose any of the colors from the filter (Filter by Color) then 2 issues we see :
1- Color options become less (If it is showing initially 15 colors then after selection of any color the total colors showing less and not working properly. Ideally all colors should show and the user can select/deselect multiple colors.
2- Price Filter is removed – When we select the colors the price filter we are unable to see on the screen.
d- Filter by Size
If we choose the Multiple sizes then the filter is not working properly.
If users want to see the XL , XXL , 3XL , 5XL sizes then all the T-shirts which are available in these four sizes should be present.
e- All three filters (Size , Color , Price) should be working perfectly and should be in sync. User can select any number of the filters from the mentioned 3 filters (select/deselect) and result should show properly.
Behavior : It shouldn’t only showcase the 5XL. All time every size should shown and only if user select any size that should be marked but other sizes should be available.
f- We need the filter to run smoothly in all the pages where applicable the filters.

Filters are still not working properly.
Hello, Sahil,
Thank you very much for the video highlighting the issue with the “Filter by size” feature in the girls and boys categories. We have noted that none of the products in these categories currently have a ‘size’ attribute; instead, they possess a ‘kids-size’ attribute. To ensure this attribute appears in the filters, we have added an additional filter widget specifically for ‘kids-size’. Please verify this adjustment at your earliest convenience.
Additionally, the filter for ‘kids-size’ utilizes a different attribute type, which may alter its appearance.
Regarding the price widget issue, we kindly request FTP access to conduct a more detailed investigation.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your prompt response.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the email.
1- Filter by Price is not coming in the following :
a- https://dipnik.com/product-category/boys/
b- https://dipnik.com/product-category/girls/
c- https://dipnik.com/product-category/women/
2- Colors
If we will go in the Men’s category and select the color from the FILTER then and again the check the filter the color count comes less then the original count. For example: Without choosing any color from the FILTER the total color count is 28 (Presented in the FILTER) and when we choose any color for example choose BEIGE color then the total color shows now 9.
Ideally it should behave like selected color t-shirts should display but in the filter all the time we will able to see the 28 count and only selected colors should highlighted.
Kindly help.
Thanks,
Hello, Sahil,
Regarding the “Filter by Price” issue you reported, we have successfully implemented a fix on the specified pages. Please verify at your earliest convenience that the functionality meets your expectations.
As for the color filters, the behavior you described is intentional. When a specific color, such as red, is selected, only the products available in red are displayed. Consequently, if there are no products that combine both green and red, the green filter will disappear from the selection. This is designed to prevent navigation to a page with no products displayed. If you wish to modify the logic of these filters to better suit your needs, please contact our customization department at https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel
Thank you for your attention to these matters. We look forward to your feedback and are here to assist with any further inquiries.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your email.
Please find the attached screenshot of the issue.
After the Price by Filter we see the Static Text EY and the extra line bar below it. Request to please update this.
Also please check the Filter on the page : https://dipnik.com/shop/
Here we see the Two different Filter comes for the Sizes
1- Men & Women
2- Boys & Girls.
Can we all in the one filter for this page.
Thanks
Hello, Sahil,
We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully resolved the issue you reported.
Regarding your second query, unfortunately, it is not feasible to merge the attributes as they currently stand because they are distinct. To consolidate them into a single attribute for ‘Size’ applicable to products in both the ‘Men & Women’ and ‘Boys & Girls’ categories, we would need to create a new, unified attribute. This would also necessitate the removal of the existing attributes to prevent any conflicts.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards,
