Gateway Timeout 504 when activating theme

Hi,
the site worked fine until yesterday,
now im getting Gateway Timeout 504 when trying to access admin pages, frontend works fine.
When i deactivate theme it works again, and when activating again it get timeout again.
Tried reinstalling theme files, same problem, deactivating a lot of the plugins and same.

Please help.

also tried deleting child theme and activating.
checked my firewalls for blocks but nothing.
