I need to reset email builder to default template (or help)

So i wanted to translate some emails to polish in email builder but it deleted content of 1 english email (on-hold email)

Is it possible to get some file to upload like here https://www.8theme.com/topic/how-to-reset-email-builder-templates/

i want to start from sratch

Plus what is the best way to translate these mail to another language (polish)

I have wpml but after i selected email builder in setting of wpml and then added plus next to it it only translate header and content is empty. What is the best way?
