    Hello, @Marko Domic,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Dear @NJS Teknologi,

We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully updated the z-index of the containers, as detailed in the following screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/cQe9iE1NgdUc](https://prnt.sc/cQe9iE1NgdUc). Following this adjustment, all functionalities appear to be performing optimally.

For your reference, here is a video demonstrating the current performance: [https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/30931903](https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/30931903).

Thank you for your attention. Should you have any further inquiries or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Hi @NJS Teknologi,

Please try with this link: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/30931903?key=bb617c7783f03423484191adc484fb8d.

why when we back to revision file always need long time and it look like not successful because when we click to the date that we want there is no sign check mark on the right side of the date of the revision, and the website content changed but not represent the right content on that date..

Can you please provide a video for this issue? We couldn’t reproduce this issue on our end.

For the issue in your screenshot, could you please double check there are any plugins under wp-content/mu-plugins/?

There is a Must-Use plugin in your wp-content/mu-plugins/ directory – and it’s likely the only .php file in the directory. You could rename it to end with .php.disabled, or create wp-content/mu-plugins/disabled/ and move the file there, or just delete the file.

If it still doesn’t help, please contact to your hosting provider about this issue. Maybe they disable the automatic updates by default.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
