Hello, Mirza Ahtsham,

Your Shop page shows products not categories because of Appearance > Customizer > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product Catalog settings.

Q1. In This Page You Can See The categories Images and The Test is on the Image and it is not Show Properly. Now I want to add Hover Effect on It When Do Mouse over on Any Category Then the hover BG Appear and They Will Help to Show Title Clearly. Like Product Category Grid/Banners
