    Hello Dear Team,

I hope you guys are very well.

After installing the new theme, I’ve noticed something. Previously, I used to see 5-10 abandoned carts on my website regularly, but now the plugin isn’t showing any abandoned carts at all, even though my daily ads are running on Google and Meta. Could you please help me understand why this might be happening? It could be due to a conflict with a cache plugin, JavaScript, or something else.

If you could check this issue or suggest another plugin that might work better, I would appreciate it.

    Thank you!

    Dear @Bagwani,

We trust this message finds you in good health and spirits. We have been informed that you are encountering difficulties with third-party plugins. We kindly suggest that you contact the plugin’s author directly for more specialized support, as these matters are beyond the purview of our standard support services.

Additionally, please note that we have not conducted compatibility tests with certain plugins, such as the Abandoned Cart plugin. We recommend that you perform these tests independently.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello Dear Team,

    I understand that.

After your suggestion, I contacted the plugin developers, and they sent me an article related to WP-Cron.

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Hi @Bagwani,

We’ve checked your webiste and couldn’t see the DISABLE_WP_CRON WordPress Constants:

    https://prnt.sc/KQrIsVrhoyA7

Since the WP_CRON is related to the server side, please contact to your hosting provider to check the Cron-job is not disabled.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
