I resolved the issue by updating the plugin,
but a new problem has arisen—
the content in Image 2 has disappeared.

I can confirm that it was your technical staff who helped with this.
The updates were for WooCommerce and XStore Core.

Thank you for your clarification. Could you kindly resend the administrative panel and FTP access credentials, as the ones previously provided are no longer valid?
Additionally, it appears that the template may have been permanently deleted and will likely need to be recreated. We will attempt to restore it, but it seems improbable that we will succeed.
