On the mobile portrait, the order review form flashes to the right side after loading the checkout page and then goes to normal.
How to fix the problem?

We have successfully implemented the CSS for the page as per the screenshot provided https://prnt.sc/dnzfgkCyIog8. Additionally, we have conducted thorough testing on various mobile devices and confirmed that the current setup presents no issues.
Upon review, it appears that the CSS modifications you applied to the Checkout widget are unnecessary. We kindly request that you remove this CSS from the Checkout widget. Please also ensure that all caches are cleared thereafter to reflect these changes.

On the mobile portrait, the shopping cart page has the same problem, the order review form flashes to the right side after loading, but it doesn’t happen every time, but it happens intermittently.
I have deleted all caches before checking.
