My server providor entered the site to fix an ongoing issue.

I was then told this error may be the cause. How can this be fixed?

Fatal error: Uncaught ValueError: Unknown format specifier ” ” in /var/www/0/1252902/www/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/customizer/theme-options/header-builder/header_presets.php:14

The login credentials are in the private content to troubleshoot further.

    Please, contact administrator

    Dear @Nicolo,

I hope this message finds you well.

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to log into your website using the access credentials previously provided. Additionally, we have identified an issue could be related to the incorrect translation of certain text strings within the Loco Translate plugin.

To address this, please navigate to the Loco Translate settings and access the translations for the XStore Core plugin. Search for the phrase that starts as “Our XStore theme offers users the flexibility.” You will likely notice a warning symbol next to this phrase, indicating that the translation needs attention. It is crucial to correct the translation of this sentence while ensuring that the placeholders “%1s” and “%2s” remain unchanged, as they are essential for substituting parts of the sentence with specific static values.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require any further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hi Jack

I just fixes the log-in issue, added 10days of access with wordfence.

I also fixed the translation string you mentioned

To ses the status now, where do you find the fatale error report?

I have set it to true in the config.php file, but im not sure where to see the complete report?

Let me know if the fatale error is fixed or not 🙂

    Thanks alot!
