Problem with the filter by brands - by badr

so i added a lot of products with various brands in my website, but the widget filter by brands by 8theme is working great but has a single problem, it only shows 3 brands only instead of all the brands available in the product archive

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Thanks for the answer,
but sorry that is not what i meant.
please have a quick visit in visage > Ecran solaire > Ecran .
so this will take you to the product archive with many products but in the left side you’ll find the filter with only 3 brands instead of all the brands of the products available

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to explain the functionality of our filters, which is specific to the category pages you are browsing. On these pages, the filters are designed to display only the products that belong to the selected category. Consequently, if no products within this category are associated with a particular brand, that brand will not be displayed in the filter options.

Should you wish to have visibility of all brands at all times, it is advisable to utilize the brand list feature.

Thanks for the respond,
as you can see in “capture.png” the products archive shows various products with multiple brands, but in the filters you only find 3 brands, and to prove it look in the “capture 2.png” you see that the product belongs to a brand that doesn’t show on the filters, that what i meant from the first.
and sorry for the misunderstanding i made

alright the filters started alone to add some brands, maybe it needs sometime to function, that’s actually weird but fortunately it worked
