Cart page, checkout page, billing details page, shipping page not working and unable to change logo

cart page , checkout page , billing details , shipping page not working on mobile even i am unable to change site logo of these particular pages plz resolve it and also when open these pages to edit these are opening but in real time when anyone go to my site and try to checkout he is unable to do that as i mentioned pages are not open there in real time.
